Throughout his training and early in his career, Dr. Kalamkarian found himself facing the same difficult situation: a busy waiting room filled with people waiting for hours, only to receive 5-10 minutes from their doctor. It became a “patient-mill” that took the satisfaction and gratification out of medicine. It is a systemic problem that a small practice model strives to solve.
A small membership-based practice allows Dr. Kalamkarian meaningful time between physician and patient, resulting in better relationships and improved outcomes.
